Where the last campaign landed

The previous effort targeted specialty grocers, cheese shops, and coffee roasters. Ten sequences were built, but only two ever actually sent, to roughly 45 contacts, on a 4 / 8 / 15 day rhythm. Across all prior activity about 200 organizations were emailed at least once. That whole history is now a permanent do-not-recontact list, so we never knock twice.

Segment mismatch: those were grocery and gift buyers. Right now the only product in stock is chocolate chunks, a cooking ingredient, so the audience should be kitchens that bake, not shelves that resell.

We're a small chocolate maker called Atucún. Honduran single origin, just cacao and cane sugar, nothing else. A few pastry kitchens near us started using our chunks instead of couverture because the flavor actually holds up when you bake with it. Can I mail you a few to try?

Two ingredients, single origin Honduran cacao. Our founder ferments and dries it himself down there and buys straight from the growers, paying them well over fair trade rates. Not a logo on a wrapper, an actual relationship. That's a lot of why it tastes like something.
